I am a developer, technical architect and consultant with over thirteen years experience encompassing a wide range of tools, languages and environments but focussing primarily on Internet and Semantic Web technologies. I recently took a position as the technical lead of the research group at Talis, working on a new platform for web applications called Silkworm.
I maintain a personal weblog, Internet Alchemy where I write on technology, the semantic web and whatever else catches my eye. I also contribute to the Semantic Planet and Silkworm weblogs.
I'm a graduate of Royal Holloway College, University of London where I read Physics with Astrophysics for a year before changing to Theoretical Physics.
I currently live in Rothwell, Northamptonshire in the United Kingdom, located at latitude 52.422400, longitude -0.803000, relatively near to Luton Airport
I was born on the 15th of June, 1970 in Brentwood, Essex, United Kingdom
I was married to Steph on the 4th of August, 1995 at Northampton Register Office, United Kingdom. We have two children, Kier and Freya.
My interests range across FOAF, Wikis, XML, RSS, metadata, the Semantic Web and RDF
